NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-000290-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE INC., is Plaintiff, and KEITH S. LONSBERRY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, TWIN LAKES MANOR FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 58, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
