NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-005926of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JORGE L. CALVO, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JORGE L. CALVO, JOSEPH R. BOLLIER, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOSEPH R. BOLLIER; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, AND JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSIONare defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 34 and 35, RIDGEWOOD TERRACE, according to the map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 81 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Parcel ID#: 27-31-16-75402-00-0340
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
