NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
HIDEAWAY SANDS RESORT
On March 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., GREENSPOON MARDER, P.A., 201 E. Pine Street, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on July 29, 2014 in O.R. Book 18475, at Page 1755, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded in O.R. Book 5281 at Page 1787 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, including the breach or default, notice of which was set forth in a Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose provided to the last known address of Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), by Certified/Registered Mail or by publication by the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for lawful money of the United States of America, on the front steps of the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, all right, title and interest in the property situated in the County of Pinellas, Florida, described as: Unit Week (See Exhibit “A”) in Time Share Unit (See Exhibit “A”) of HIDEAWAY SANDS RESORT, a timeshare resort including timeshare interests, according to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Hideaway Sands Resort, recorded December 8, 1981, in Official Records Book 5281, Page 1787, et seq. of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest as a tenant in common with all other owners of the property described as: The Southerly 5 feet of Lot 30 and all of all Lots 31 and 32, Bellevista Beach, according to Plat Book 7, page 34, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all lands laying between the West Boundary of the above lots and the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, lying between the North and South boundaries of the above described property extended to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. LESS lands conveyed to the State of Florida by deed dated March 8, 1962, recorded April 11, 1962 in Official Recorded Book 1402, Page 20, Public Recorded of Pinellas County, Florida. LESS existing right of way, AND LESS lands conveyed to the State of Florida by deed dated March 23, 1962, recorded April 11, 1962, in Official Records Book 1402, page 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. LESS existing right of way. 3804 Gulf Blvd. St. Petersburg Beach, Florida 33706 (herein “Time Share Plan (Property) Address”) Said sale will be made (without covenants, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the title, possession or encumbrances) to pay the unpaid assessments due in the amount of (See Exhibit “A”), with interest accruing at the rate of (See Exhibit “A”) per day pursuant to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions described above; advances, if any, under the terms of said Claim of Lien; charges and expenses of the Trustee; and of the trusts created by said Claim of Lien.
