Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated January 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-015233-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and SAMUEL R GARITE, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 27, 28, 29 AND THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF LOT 2, BLOCK 82, REVISED PLAT OF CRYSTAL BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of March, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
