NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 23, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-000874-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE7 is the Plaintiff, and MARISA DEMELLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARISA DEMELLO; BONAVENTURE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 203, BUILDING N, BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 100 THROUGH 105 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM NAT BOOK 92, PAGES 38 AND 39 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6133, PAGES 31 THROUGH 108, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDED BY THE SIXTH AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6337, PAGE 1075, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
