NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 23, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-002329-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and CATHY COLACINI-STALLINGS A/K/A CATHY STALLINGS F/K/A CATHY COLACINI; MICHAEL STALLINGS A/K/A MICHAEL K. STALLINGS; TIMBERLINE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 11, BUILDING 4, OF TIMBERLINE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 103 THROUGH 106 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6335, PAGE 6, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS, IF ANY
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
