NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2013-003180 CI 11of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and MARTIN D. TILSON is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on MARCH 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Unit 302, BAYBORO TOWER, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15395, Page 2121, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 145, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in the said Declaration.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
