NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002867-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AMC1 is the Plaintiff and Tulio Leri; Arly Natera; Serenata Condominium Association, Inc.; Metrowest Master Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 202, BUILDING NO. 2, OF SERENATA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8176, PAGE 1877, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
