RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 26, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016230-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and EDWARD J. DELVALLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 100, WILLOW POND - PHASE 2, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 135 through 138, inclusive, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
