NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001764-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jean Pierre a/k/a Jean D. Pierre a/k/a Jean Dorsainvil Pierre; Unknown Spouse of Jean Pierre a/k/a Jean D. Pierre a/k/a Jean Dorsainvil Pierre; Katie Conserve; Unknown Spouse of Katie Conserve; Orange County, Florida ; The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC; Unknown Tenant# 1; Unknown Tenant# 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 60 FEET OF THE EAST 159 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 (LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE NORTH 89 FEET THEREOF) SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
