Notice is hereby given pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002886 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Successor to Allied Group Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Herbert H. Newman a/k/a Herbert Newman are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on March 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 2794, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVSION, SECTION 33 A SUBDIVSION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A THROUGH 35F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
