NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09005049CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR6 is the Plaintiff and OSVALDO CABRERA DELIA E. CABRERA THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OSVALDO CABRERA SOUTH GULF COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIER TORRES TENANT #2 N/K/A YUDELKY PEREZ CABRERA; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 13th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4514 AND LOT 21, BLOCK 4512, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR CHARLOTTE CHOUNTY, FLOIRDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 51A THROUGH 51P.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
