NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-004078, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MARY JO DE POLO AKA MARY-JO BURNS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY JO DE POLO AKA MARY-JO BURNS; LELY CIVIC ASSOCIATION FKA LELY GOLF ESTATES SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 may be held Monday thru Friday at 11am. on the 11 day March, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 26, LELY GOLF ESTATES, FOREST HILLS SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
