NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2009, entered in Case No. 0802305CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and Martin Trejo; Unknown Spouse of Martin Trejo, if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; ISPC; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 AM at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT NO. 52, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT N0.21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
