Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 181, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 27, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on March 12, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
