NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-00505, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AB2 is Plaintiff and JOSE RIOS; LORENA RIOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORENA RIOS; BANKUNITED, FSB; CORAL GARDENS OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PUBLIX EMPLOYEE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on March 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 311 OF CORAL GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3742, AT PAGE 0744, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS IT MAY BE AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
