Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on March 9, 2015, at 11:00 am in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Collier County, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Week 32 in Unit 303, Week 32 in Unit 504, Week 33 in Unit 304, of Sunrise Bay Resort & Club, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 963, Page 220, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
