NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 112011CA0035580001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9 day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 28, AND THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 28, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 83 WEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 5, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
