NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015 and entered in CASE NO. 2013-CA-005794 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Casey Fossum and Kim Fossum, are the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 12th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 169, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39 PAGE 160, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 246 Heritage Isles Way, Bradenton, FL 34212.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
