NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-003399 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Michelle Pena, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jennifer Verbell, Tenant #2 n/k/a Jean Damas, Vista III at Heritage Bay Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 1301 IN BUILDING NO. 13 OF VISTA III AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4322 AT PAGE 3638, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
