NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 001907, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and CARLOS MIGUEL GUTIERREZ A/K/A CARLOS GUTIERREZ; BARBARA LOPEZ; LEXINGTON NATIONAL INSURANCE CORPORATION; ROLIO JESUS LOPEZ ALVAREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of March, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 19, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 2212 46TH Street Southwest, Naples, FL 34116
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
