NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 003567, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and KIM BRYAN MORGAN; UNKOWN SPOUSE OF KIM MORGAN; POMELLO RANCHES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; WACHOVIA BANK NA AS SUCCESSOR IN TEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A DOUG ROWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A JAIMI ROWELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on March 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 62, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, POMELLO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
