NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-004123, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF PAMELA A. OVERHOLSER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA OVERHOLSER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; COURTYARD SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MELVIN WILLIAM OVERHOLSER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on March 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 43, COURTYARD SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1003, PAGES 1982 THROUGH 2042, AS AMENDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1209, PAGES 1328 THROUGH 1332, AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 144 THROUGH 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
