NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor lobby, in the Clerk's Office of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL at 11:00 a.m., on the 9 day of March, 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Starting at the re-established original Quarter Section corner on the East line of Section 36, Township 46 South, Range 28 East, marking the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 36, run along the center line of said Section 36, on a bearing of South 88 degrees 45 minutes West, a distance of 1558.60 feet; thence North 0 degrees 47 minutes and 15 seconds West a distance of 45.40 feet to an intersection with the North Boundary right-of-way of State Road S 850; thence North 129.60 feet, thence North 10 feet for alley purposes; thence West 100 feet, to the Point of Beginning of the land hereby conveyed; thence North 129.60 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence South 129.60 feet; thence East 100 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
