LOT 31 OF THE PRESERVE AT WYNDEMERE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 348 EDGEMERE WAY NORTH, NAPLES, FL 34105; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. Naples, FL, on March 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
