UNIT 243 OF THE GULFCOAST INN OF NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 951, PAGES 452 TO 504, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 969, PAGES 1364 TO 1411, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2555 9TH ST N #243, NAPLES, FL 34103; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. Naples, FL, on March 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
