NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2009-CA-011054AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and MISTY SMELTZER, ET AL, are the Defendant's, R.B. “CHIPS” Shore, Manatee County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 A.M. on March 10, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 404, PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 491, PAGE 100 THROUGH 171, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
