NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-003782 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 9 day of March, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 80, NAPLES PARK UNIT 6, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 10 FEET, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
