NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in 2010CA003080 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and RONALD L. BEAHM; ELIZABETH B. BEAHM A/K/A ELIZABETH BEAHM; RIVER PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; JANE DOE N/K/A LESLIE HINSZ; JOHN DOE N/K/A PAUL MARRON are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1107, RIVER PRESERVE, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2023, PAGES 4209 THROUGH 4295, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, PAGES 154 THROUGH 158, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 118 THROUGH 122, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
