YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 36 OF ARLINGTON TERRACE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DOUGLAS C. ZAHM, P.A., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 12425 28th Street North.
