NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1204093CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH C. NOTARIANNI, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 45 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 31.04 FEET: THENCE SOUTH 45 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 51.25 FEET; THENCE NORTH 45 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 31.04 FEET; THENCE NORTH 45 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 51.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF PARCEL 3426 HEREIN DESRIBED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
