NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1204093CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH C. NOTARIANNI, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
