DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL INC. TRUST 2004-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and TIFFANY LESSARD A/K/A TIFFANY ANN LESSARD A/K/A TIFFANY ANN FORTUNATO; ALAN LESSARD; CYPRESS VILLAGE- CORONADO MOORS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
