NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2011, entered in Case No. 08-CA-013344 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Countrywide Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Ilan Bouzablo; Unknown Spouse of Ilan Bouzaglo; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Province Park Condominium Association, Inc. a/k/a Province Park Condominium Association, Inc. a/k/a Province Park Condominiums Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on on the 16 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
