NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-054084 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and James Duane Galbraith a/k/a J. Duane Galbraith are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 32, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS IMPERIAL HARBOR UNIT NUMBER 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 130 AND 131, TOGETHER WITH THE MANUFACTURED HOME SITUATED THEREON, SERIAL #FL2FL10269A AND FL2FL10269B, MODEL FLEETLINE.
