Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 13-CA-052640 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORP III is the Plaintiff, and LARRY VICKERY; CHRISTINE VICKERY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on June 15, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 AND 26, BLOCK 4387, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 TO 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
