Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, Plaintiff, and W. Thomas Spicer, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00am on the 12th day of March, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
