Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 08, 2014 , and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 21, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AWS, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 31, BRIARWOODS, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 8-13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 9, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
