SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, BRAKE, MICHAEL E & FAITH J, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on 11th day of March, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 59, BLOCK 8 OF NEW RIVERS LAKES VILLAGES “B2” AND “D”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
