NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003288ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-WFHE2, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-WFHE2, is the Plaintiff and Renee Digioia, Tenant #1 n/k/a Artie Rosebury, Tenant #2 n/k/a Denisha Rosebury, Turtle Lakes Civic Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17th of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
