NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 512012CA001583XXXXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2, Plaintiff, and BEATRICE L. NAULT A/K/A BEATRICE NAULT, LEON R. NAULT A/K/A LEON NAULT, DIANE C. KULL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A KAYLEE NAULT, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 29 day of April, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 214 FEET OF TRACT 25, ZEPHRYHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 35 FEET OF TRACTS 39 AND 40, OF ZEPHRYHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, IN SAID SECTION 25.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
