NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA003257CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and ROBERT J HEINTZEL; JEANNE F. HEINTZEL; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWHEQ INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-S1;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 29 day of April, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 1, MEADOW POINT PARCEL 6 UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, ON PAGES 62, THROUGH 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
