NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003155WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC1, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST EDWARD SMITH A/K/A EDWARD G. SMITH A/K/A EDWARD GLENN SMITH, DECEASED; ANGIE LYNN BROWN, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF EDWARD G. SMITH A/K/A EDWARD GLENN SMITH, DECEASED; NIOMI STARR RAPP A/K/A NIOMI STARR LONG, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF EDWARD G. SMITH A/K/A EDWARD GLENN SMITH, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 3/18/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
