Unit 13, Building 3, Harbor Oaks, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 7244, Page 236, and all amendments appurtenant thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 5 through 14, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
