LOT 2648, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT TWENTY-THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 106 AND 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
