UNIT B, BUILDING B-12-9, THE WILDS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 148-153, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 96 AND 97, AND IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 87 AND 88, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1184, PAGE 1213, ET SEQ., AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ZAHM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12425 28th Street North, Suite 200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, on or before 3-25-2015 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at West Pasco County Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
