NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-007889 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-12XS is the Plaintiff and MARIA E. MONTERO; JOSE R. REYNOSO; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 90, TOWN N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 53, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
