NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 05, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-000042 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP., is Plaintiff, and JACQUELINE JANDA O'STEEN A/K/A JACQULINE J. O'STEEN A/K/A JACQUELINE J. O'STEEN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE JACQUELINE JANDA O'STEEN LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2004, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 21, MIRABAY PHASE 1B - 1/2A - 1/3 B-I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, page 41, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
