NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 05, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016407 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and OFELIA FLANNERY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, SUN CITY CENTER UNIT 264, Phase 1, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 95, page 72, public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
