LOT 21, BLOCK 2, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 1E, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 30-1 THRU 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
