NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-030355 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank,FSB is the Plaintiff and Kerantha Poole-Christian; Unknown Spouse of Kerantha Poole-Christian; Tandria Callins; Unknown Spouse of Tandria Callins; Calvin Callins; Unknown Spouse of Calvin Callins; if Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc. d/b/a American Mortgage Network of Florida; Whether Dissolved of Presently Existing, together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of said Defendant(s) and all Other Persons Claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 5th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, EASTERN TERRACE ESTATES UNIT 2 SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
